School Policy
Payments
- Tuition fees are to be paid in full at the time of registration.
- Payments may be done by check or cash.
- Tuition fee must be paid in full prior to the beginning of each session.
Refunds
- Fees are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if demand is made in writing before the beginning of the first class, fees will be refunded. A flat $50.00 administrative fee will then be deducted.
- There will be no refund after the first class has started.
- No refunds, credit, or reimbursement will be given for classes not taken.
Credits
- If demand is made in writing, fees paid for one session (full fees or part of the fees) can be credited for the following session. If demand is made prior to the beginning of the class, full fees will be credited for the following session. If demand is made within the first two weeks of classes, and if no class has been attended, 50% of the fees will be credited for the following session.
- The credit notes may be renewed once only.
Cancellation of Classes
- The French Institute reserves its right to change the timing of a class or to cancel a class if deemed necessary. Payments are then refunded in full.
- Private Classes are flexible; however, students must call 24 hours prior to the class if a true emergency occurs. Otherwise, class will be charged. If you are late, it is solely at the discretion of the instructor to extend the class. Please, try to come to classes on time.
